The mountain area above Springville in Tulare County is home to some of the most breathtaking and relaxing areas in California. Each of our six communities offers a slightly different mountain experience and one is sure to be a great fit for your new vacation or permanent home!

With cool summers, no crowds, and a relaxed mountain pace, the Giant Sequoia National Monument in the southern Sierra Nevada is a great alternative to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks.
