I view the cabins for sale on the mountain so I know the characteristics of cabins that are currently for sale or have recently sold to help you set a listing price that will maximize your proceeds but also get your cabin sold within your timeframe.
I am happy to arrange for any services you would like performed before your cabin goes on the market, such as cleaning, repairs, fire cleanup, etc., as well as any inspections you, the buyer, or the buyer’s lender requests.
Living on the mountain full time means I am readily available to meet with potential buyers on a scheduled or drop-in basis.
I Use Technology to Market Properties
I addition to including a great description and excellent photos on the Tulare and Fresno County Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), I market my listings extensively online. Sources I will use to advertise your cabin include:

I Am Very Responsive
You and potential buyers can reach me 7 days a week via my cell (phone call or text message) or email and I will respond as soon as possible. While cell phones don't typically work on the mountain, mine works with both cell service and Wi-Fi so I can be reached on the mountain whenever I am at my cabin or another cabin that has Internet access. If my phone goes to voicemail, just leave a message and I will get back to you as soon possible.
If I don’t know the answer to a question you have or a potential buyer has, I will find out and respond with the requested information as soon as possible.
