WELCOME TO YOUR BEST RESOURCE FOR
Cabins in the Sequoias
The mountain area above Springville in Tulare County is home to some of the most breathtaking and relaxing areas in California. Each of our six communities offers a slightly different mountain experience and one is sure to be a great fit for your new vacation or permanent home!
Use the links on the menu at the top of the page to learn more about the communities, the cabins currently available for sale, and some of the fascinating features that draw people to this area such as The Stagg Tree, Trail of 100 Giants, fabulous views from Jordan Peak, and access to miles and miles of hiking trails and mountain rivers. There are also details about the area and local services that potential buyers will find useful. With cool summers, no crowds, and a relaxed mountain pace, the Giant Sequoia National Monument in the southern Sierra Nevada is a great alternative to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks.
If you would like more information about our mountain communities or the properties for sale, please feel free to contact me! I live on the mountain and am always available by phone, text, or email to answer questions or to show you cabins that may fit your needs and desires. I am also happy to give you a FREE market analysis if you are considering selling your cabin.
About Debbie Morley
I am a real estate agent for DS Realty, located in Exeter, and I specialize in properties on the mountain. I live in Sequoia Crest in the summer and Camp Nelson in the winter so I am readily available to meet with potential buyers and sellers on a scheduled or drop-in basis. Having owned a cabin on the mountain for the past 15 years or so (and vacationed here for the past 30 years), I am knowledgeable about the mountain communities, as well as the details about owning a cabin on the mountain, what services are available to our mountain communities, and which cabins might be available for sale under the right conditions. I list and sell cabins in all the mountain communities, including Camp Nelson, Pierpoint Springs, Sequoia Crest, Alpine Village, Cedar Slope, and Ponderosa.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I taught computer classes at College of the Sequoias and wrote college textbooks about computers and technology. Consequently, I am very comfortable with technology and use a wide variety of Web sites and other resources to market my listings. I am available 7 days a week via cell or email and I respond as soon as possible. View more information about me.
These mountains in the Giant Sequoia National Monument are one of my favorite places in the world to relax, unwind, recharge, and appreciate nature. I love matching up people with their new cabins and can't wait to help you buy or sell yours!
